I value family. I value health. I value going to mass. I grew up going to mass every week. During these times, we know that its important to keep everyone healthy so the restrictions have to be in place, but we sure miss the weekly ritual of going to mass. Our week just doesn’t feel complete if we haven’t been to church.
There is something that just draws us to church. Its more than just habit. We need to be there.
We signed into a week day mass so that we can receive our Lenten ashes. We are really glad that Fr Darryl has made it possible for us to receive ashes beyond Ash Wednesday. We will be really glad when we can get back to regular Sunday Mass.
