My core values are my faith and my family. The greatest blessings in my life have all stemmed from these core values. I feel that lent is a time to strip away the “junk” in my life and cast aside all of my distractions. It’s a time that helps me regain my focus and restore some of the broken areas in my relationships with God and my family.

I am grateful for the community I have found at Holy Spirit because it means that I am able to surround myself with people that share my values and are on a similar faith journey.

I believe that we are made for community, so it has been challenging to be disconnected from the Holy
Spirit community throughout this past year.
