The decision to marry is one of the most exciting and important decisions you will ever make. It involves many other decisions: whom should we invite? what should I wear? and dozens of others. Another important part of your wedding planning includes choosing your wedding liturgy readings, music, and prayers that reflect your faith, your hope, and your love for each other. We hope that the scripture readings and prayers you choose continue to inspire you after your wedding, nourish your prayer life, and deepen your love.
Preparing for your wedding includes planning for the celebration, but most importantly preparing to live your commitment every day after the celebration. It is a time to reflect, to pray, and to share faith. Our parish team will help you prepare for this day and for the life to follow.
Arrangements for marriage can be made by contacting the parish priest eight months prior to the date of marriage. This will provide adequate time for documentation and the diocesan-required marriage preparation program. Please contact the parish office, 306 374-1425.
